Calcium hydroxide, as a basic chemical raw material, is widely used in fields such as environmental protection, building materials, and medicine. 1、 Raw material processing parameters

High quality quicklime with particle size ≤ 50mm is selected as the raw material, with CaO content ≥ 90% and MgO content ≤ 1.5%, to avoid impurities affecting product purity. The effective volume of the raw material warehouse is designed to be 10-15m ³, equipped with a vibrating feeder. The feeding amount can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range of 1-5t/h to ensure uniform conveying of raw materials. The processing capacity of the jaw crusher is 5-8t/h, and the particle size of the crushed lime is controlled at 3-5mm to meet the requirements of subsequent digestion reactions. The dust emission in the crushing process is ≤ 10mg/m ³, which meets environmental standards.

2、 Digestive reaction parameters

The digester adopts a double helix structure with an effective volume of 8-12m ³, and the reaction temperature is controlled at 80-100 ℃. The steam heating and stirring rate are adjusted in coordination, and the stirring speed is set to 15-20r/min to ensure sufficient reaction between quicklime and water. The water cement ratio is precisely controlled at 0.6-0.8:1, and the reaction time is maintained for 30-45 minutes. The initial purity of the generated calcium hydroxide can reach over 92%. The digestive system is equipped with a tail gas treatment device, which reduces the exhaust gas temperature to below 40 ℃ and controls the humidity at 60% -70% to avoid pipeline condensation and blockage.

3、 Refined processing parameters

The initial product is transported to the Raymond mill by a bucket elevator, with a main power of 37-55kW. The grinding fineness can be adjusted by the speed of the analyzer, and the finished particle size can be switched between 80-325 mesh as needed, with a particle size qualification rate of ≥ 98%. The grading system adopts a combination of cyclone separator and pulse dust collector, with a dust removal efficiency of ≥ 99.9%. The collected finished products are sent to the finished product warehouse through a closed screw conveyor, and the conveying capacity matches the grinding capacity, reaching 2-4t/h.

4、 Energy consumption and environmental parameters

The energy consumption per unit product of the entire production line is ≤ 80kWh/t, which is 15% -20% lower than traditional production lines; Water consumption should be controlled at 0.8-1.2t/t, and the water recycling utilization rate should be ≥ 85%. In terms of environmental protection, dust collection devices are installed at each dust point on the production line. The factory boundary noise is ≤ 65dB (A), and the amount of solid waste (mainly impurities screening residue) generated is ≤ 0.05t/t. It can be sold externally for building materials and auxiliary materials to achieve solid waste resource utilization.

5、 Automation control parameters

Equipped with a PLC control system, it can monitor 12 key parameters such as raw material feeding amount, digestion temperature, and grinding fineness in real time, with a control accuracy of ± 2%. The system supports remote operation and fault alarm, with a device operation rate of ≥ 95%. The production line can achieve continuous operation with 2-3 operators, greatly reducing labor costs.
