The stable operation of plywood machinery is the cornerstone of ensuring production efficiency and product quality. Standardized daily maintenance can not only reduce sudden failures, but also significantly extend equipment lifespan. The following are several key daily maintenance points that need to be strictly implemented.
1、 Cleaning comes first, it must be done after work.
After daily work, the machine must be thoroughly cleaned. Remove wood chips, dust, and residual glue from various parts of the machine, especially in key areas such as the rotary cutting machine blade holder, hot pressing plate periphery, and conveyor rollers. Accumulated debris can accelerate part wear, affect machining accuracy, and even pose safety hazards.
2、 Lubrication is in place and regularly calibrated.
Strictly follow the instructions in the equipment manual to regularly lubricate all moving parts such as bearings, guide rails, and screws. Use lubricating oil/grease of the specified grade to ensure smooth oil flow. Clean the oil nozzle before filling to prevent impurities from entering. Good lubrication can reduce friction losses and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
3、 Tighten the inspection and do not slack off.
During long-term vibration of the equipment, fasteners such as bolts and nuts are prone to loosening. Daily inspections should be conducted on the main connecting parts, such as motor bases, blade clamps, hydraulic pipeline joints, etc. If any looseness is found, it should be immediately tightened. This can effectively avoid accuracy degradation or serious mechanical failures caused by component displacement.
4、 Key components, focus on attention.
Pay close attention to the status of core components:
Tool system: Check whether the rotary cutter, sanding belt, etc. are sharp and free of defects, and promptly repair or replace them.
Hydraulic system: Check the oil level and temperature, observe for oil leakage, and listen for any abnormal noise from the pump station.
Electrical system: Check for aging of the circuit and secure connections.
The key to daily maintenance lies in persistence and meticulousness. Establish and implement a system of "pre shift inspection, in shift observation, and post shift cleaning" to truly prevent problems and ensure that plywood machinery continues to serve production efficiently.
