How to effectively detect the off ignition situation of lime vertical kiln
The off ignition of lime vertical kiln can lead to uneven calcination and increased energy consumption. The following methods should be used for timely detection and adjustment:
1. Temperature monitoring method
Infrared thermal imager scans the kiln wall to identify areas of abnormal temperature (temperature difference>50 ℃ indicates the presence of misfires).
The thermocouple array monitors the temperature of each point inside the kiln in real time, and automatically alarms when the data is abnormal.
2. Gas analysis method
Detect the composition of exhaust gas (CO/O ₂ content) at the kiln roof. If the difference between the two sides is greater than 1%, it indicates uneven combustion.
3. Visual observation method
The color of the kiln flame is uneven (the flame on the side that is biased towards the fire is dark or too long).
The quality difference of lime at the ash outlet is due to an increase in raw or over burned materials on the ignition side.
4. Adjustment measures
Adjust the airflow distribution or fuel nozzle angle in the corresponding area.
Clean up nodules or blockages to ensure even airflow distribution.
Combining instrument monitoring and manual observation can accurately determine misfires, and timely adjustment can reduce energy consumption losses by 5% to 15%.
