Acceptance standards and procedures for the construction of lime kiln shaft kiln
After the completion of the lime shaft kiln, it needs to undergo systematic acceptance to ensure safety and process compliance. The acceptance mainly includes three categories: mechanical performance, thermal parameters, and environmental protection indicators. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Acceptance criteria
Structural testing
The verticality deviation of the kiln body is ≤ 1 ‰, and the refractory lining has no cracks (gaps<2mm)
The vibration value of the transmission system during no-load operation is less than 0.5mm/s
Thermal testing
The temperature of the calcination zone remains stable at 1100 ± 50 ℃ for 8 consecutive hours
Ash activity ≥ 300ml (GB/T 5762 standard)
Environmental verification
Exhaust particulate matter ≤ 30mg/m ³ (GB 16297 standard)
Noise ≤ 85dB (1m away from the kiln body)
2、 Acceptance process
Pre acceptance (self inspection by the construction party)
Complete single machine test run and refractory material drying kiln (72 hour gradient heating)
Formal acceptance (third-party participation)
Cold state test: Airtightness test (pressure drop<10Pa/30min)
Hot state test: 72 hour continuous production assessment of production capacity and energy consumption
Data review: Compare design parameters, allowable deviation ≤ 5%
File archiving
Sign the acceptance report and submit a complete set of documents including the thermal expansion coefficient of the kiln body and the quality inspection of refractory materials
Note: If the acceptance is not qualified, it needs to be rectified within a specified period of time. Only after passing the retest can it be put into production.
