Quality Inspection Guide for Plywood Sander
The quality of plywood sanding machine directly affects the processing effect and production efficiency of the board. The quality inspection methods are introduced in the following aspects.
Visual inspection is the basis. Check whether there is obvious scratch, deformation or paint peeling on the equipment shell, whether the connection of each component is tight, and whether there is looseness or gap. The sand belt installation part of the sander shall be flat and smooth without sharp bulge, so as to prevent damage of the sand belt during operation.
Performance testing is critical. Start the equipment and observe whether the motor operates stably and whether there is abnormal vibration or noise. Check whether the sanding speed is uniform. Place the test plate in the sanding area and observe the surface flatness after sanding. If there is wave mark or uneven sanding, it indicates that there is problem in sanding speed or pressure control.
Precision detection is indispensable. Use professional measuring tools to check whether the thickness of the sanded plate meets the set value, and the thickness deviation shall be within the allowable range. At the same time, check whether the surface roughness of the plate meets the requirements. Too large or too small roughness may affect the subsequent processing.
Safety performance is also important. Check whether the protective device of the equipment is complete and effective, such as whether the emergency stop button is sensitive and whether the protective cover of the sand belt is firm, so as to ensure the safety of the operator.
