Key points of safety operating procedures for plywood hot press machine
Plywood hot press plays a crucial role in production, but improper operation can easily lead to safety accidents. To ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, operators must strictly follow the following key regulations:
1、 Preparation before operation
Equipment inspection: Confirm that all components of the hot press are securely connected and free from looseness or damage; Check the oil level and oil pipes of the hydraulic system to ensure no leakage; Check the electrical circuit to avoid aging and damage.
Safety protection: Wear protective gloves, goggles and other equipment to prevent high temperature burns and splash injuries; Check the protective devices such as safety doors and emergency stop buttons to ensure they are functioning properly.
2、 Standardized operation
Parameter setting: Accurately set temperature, pressure, time and other parameters according to process requirements, and it is strictly prohibited to operate beyond the limit.
Material placement: evenly distribute plywood blanks to avoid uneven loading; Maintain a safe distance between the billet and the edge of the hot press plate to prevent squeezing equipment.
Operation monitoring: closely monitor the readings of pressure gauges, thermometers, and other instruments, and immediately shut down for troubleshooting if any abnormalities are found; It is strictly prohibited to touch high-temperature and moving areas such as hot pressing plates and transmission components during operation.
3、 Closing after operation
Equipment shutdown: Wait for the hot press machine to cool down to a safe temperature, turn off the power and hydraulic system, and clean the surface debris and residual rubber material of the equipment.
Maintenance: Regularly lubricate moving parts, check seals and heating elements, and replace worn and aging parts in a timely manner.
