In the initial stage of hot pressing, appropriate pressure is quickly applied to eliminate gas, and then stable pressure is applied to ensure that the adhesive layer is fully cured, reducing bubbles and deformation defects caused by improper pressure.
Shortening the hot pressing cycle is the key to improving efficiency. By improving the structure and materials of the hot press board, enhancing the heat conduction efficiency, and optimizing the loading and unloading process, automated equipment is used to achieve rapid loading and unloading, reducing non production time, thereby improving the production efficiency of the plywood hot press machine and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market while ensuring quality.
