1. Core equipment parameters

Rotary kiln specifications: diameter range Ø 2.5 × 40m to Ø 5.1 × 72m, supporting a production capacity of 150-1200t/d. The kiln body is made of lightweight insulation on the outer layer and fire-resistant and wear-resistant composite bricks on the inner layer to reduce heat loss.

Calcination temperature: The temperature inside the kiln is controlled above 1000 ℃ to ensure sufficient decomposition of limestone. At the same time, the material is preheated to the decomposition temperature through a vertical preheater to increase system output.

Cooling system: The vertical cooler cools the calcined white to below ambient temperature+60 ℃, recovers waste heat to preheat the secondary air, and increases thermal efficiency by 10% -15%.
