Regularly check whether the cable connections are loose, clean the dust inside the distribution cabinet, and avoid short circuits. Monthly testing of motor insulation performance to ensure good grounding and prevent leakage accidents.
4. Preventive maintenance plan
Develop monthly and quarterly maintenance plans, including replacing worn parts (such as crusher hammers), calibrating sensor accuracy, cleaning dust collector filter bags, etc. For example, quarterly non-destructive testing of the rotary kiln barrel is required to prevent crack propagation.
5. Operator training
Strengthen equipment operation standard training to avoid malfunctions caused by illegal operations. For example, it is strictly prohibited to start equipment under overload, and the calcination furnace needs to gradually heat up according to the heating curve.
