1、 Homework process
Preparation stage:
Check whether the kiln body, fan, coal supply system and other equipment are operating normally to ensure that there are no safety hazards.
Confirm that the quality and quantity of raw limestone and fuel coal meet the requirements.
According to the production plan, set reasonable process parameters such as calcination temperature, air volume, and feeding speed.
Ignition stage:
Lay an appropriate amount of flammable materials such as firewood at the bottom of the kiln, and slowly add fuel coal after ignition.

Regularly discharge the ash and slag at the bottom of the kiln to maintain smooth ventilation inside the kiln.
Cooling stage:
Stop adding materials and coal, gradually reduce the air flow, and slowly lower the temperature inside the kiln.
Wait until the temperature inside the kiln drops to a safe range before opening the kiln door to discharge the material.
Discharge stage:
Use specialized tools to remove the calcined lime from the kiln to avoid damaging the kiln body.
Transport lime to the designated location for storage or further processing.

Operators must undergo professional training and be familiar with equipment performance and operating procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid high temperature burns and dust inhalation.

Install dust removal equipment to collect and process dust inside the kiln, avoiding environmental pollution.
