Maintenance Techniques for Hydraulic System of Single Plate Spinning Machine

The stable operation of the hydraulic system of the veneer peeling machine directly affects the cutting accuracy and equipment life. The core of technical maintenance is to maintain oil cleanliness and system sealing.

The selection and replacement of hydraulic oil must strictly follow the viscosity grade requirements in the equipment manual to avoid mixing different brands of oil. Every 2000 hours of operation or when the viscosity of the oil drops by 10% or the acid value significantly increases, it is necessary to completely replace it and clean the oil tank filter screen simultaneously.

Sealing is the key to ensuring pressure stability, and it is necessary to regularly check for leaks at the interfaces of each pump, valve, and oil cylinder. It is important to observe whether there is a slow downward movement of the actuator during the high-pressure holding period, which is often a sign of leakage in the cylinder or valve. The temperature control of the system cannot be ignored. Under continuous operation, the oil temperature should be maintained within the range of 35-60 ℃. Overheating will accelerate oil oxidation and seal aging. It is necessary to ensure that the cooler is unobstructed and the system is unloaded normally.

Regularly using a checklist to monitor system pressure fluctuations and abnormal noise can detect pump wear or overflow valve setting drift early. Persistently recording maintenance data and predicting faults through oil sample analysis and pressure curve comparison is the technical key to achieving a leap from regular maintenance to precise preventive maintenance.
