Precautions for replacement of lime kiln rotary feeder equipment
The rotary feeder of lime kiln plays a key role in lime production, and its replacement work should be handled with caution. The following precautions should be strictly followed.
Take good safety precautions. Before replacement, ensure that the temperature inside the kiln drops to a safe range, wear protective gloves, goggles, and other equipment to prevent high-temperature burns and foreign object splashing injuries.
Strict power-off operation. Before disassembling the rotating fabric dispenser, it is necessary to cut off the relevant power supply and hang a "Do Not Close" warning sign at the power switch to avoid electric shock accidents caused by misoperation.
Standardize the disassembly and installation process. When disassembling, it is necessary to follow the sequence of equipment structure, gradually disassemble, and make marks for easy installation in the future. During installation, ensure that all components are installed in place, firmly connected, and the bolt tightening torque meets the requirements to prevent loosening during operation.
The debugging process cannot be ignored. After the replacement is completed, perform no-load and load debugging to check the smooth operation and uniformity of the rotating fabric feeder. If there are any abnormalities, promptly investigate and handle them.
Clean up the site. After the replacement work is completed, clean up the debris and tools on site, keep the work area clean, and create good conditions for subsequent production.
