The dual demands of environmental protection and efficiency impose high requirements on the lime industry. The core technology of Jinyong Kiln highlights its advantages by adopting a new vertical calcination process, paired with a PLC automatic control system that enables real-time and precise regulation of parameters such as temperature and air volume inside the kiln. Coupled with a new rotary distributor and improved ash unloading equipment, it effectively avoids issues such as incomplete combustion and uneven burning, significantly improving lime activity and pass rate. At the same time, it integrates a multi-stage dust removal and waste heat recovery system, resulting in dust emissions far below national standards and fuel consumption reduced by more than 15%, achieving green and low-carbon production.
During construction, Jinyong Kiln relies on practical experience from over 600 kilns to implement a modular customization plan, adapting to daily production scales ranging from 50 to 500 tons, while taking into account different raw material and site requirements. The one-stop service from scheme design, construction and installation to after-sales maintenance has resulted in a customer repurchase rate exceeding 80%.
