Innovation of Electromagnetic Direct Heating Technology
Traditional thermal oil heating has problems such as high thermal conduction loss and lagging temperature rise and fall. The new equipment adopts electromagnetic induction heating technology, and the hot press plate is equipped with high-frequency electromagnetic coils to directly heat the metal substrate, increasing the thermal conversion efficiency to over 95%. Thermal energy recycling system
The equipment adopts a four-dimensional insulation structure, with a dual inlet and dual outlet design for the hot press plate combined with a nano level insulation coating, reducing the heat dissipation rate to 8%. Lightweight hydraulic system
By optimizing the plunger cylinder structure and utilizing servo drive technology, the equipment achieves dynamic pressure compensation. A new type of 1000T hot press adopts a dual plunger cylinder synchronous control system, reducing the hydraulic system power to 26kW and increasing the closing speed to 4m/min. Coupled with the intelligent switching mechanism between low-pressure and high-pressure pumps, standby energy consumption is reduced by 45%.
