Maintenance Plan for Lime Production Equipment
The lime production equipment operates in a high-temperature and high dust environment for a long time. Developing a scientific maintenance plan is the key to ensuring stable operation and extending the service life of the equipment.
The kiln body is the core equipment for lime production, and it is necessary to regularly inspect the wear of refractory bricks. Usually, for every 5000 tons of lime produced, professional personnel should be arranged to conduct a detailed inspection of the kiln wall. If the wear of refractory bricks exceeds one-third of the thickness, they must be replaced in a timely manner to avoid damage to the kiln body. For the transmission device of the lime kiln, it is necessary to ensure that high-temperature lubricating grease is added once a week to prevent the bearings from generating high temperatures due to insufficient lubrication, which affects the transmission efficiency.
The maintenance of dust removal equipment cannot be ignored. The filter bag of the pulse bag dust collector needs to be cleaned of accumulated dust once a month, and the damage of the filter bag should be checked every 8000 hours of operation. Aging and damaged filter bags should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure that the dust removal efficiency is stable at over 99% and reduce the impact of dust on the environment and equipment.
Through such a systematic maintenance plan, equipment failure rates can be reduced, downtime for repairs can be minimized, and the continuity and product quality of lime production can be ensured, creating greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
