The construction of new mechanical lime kilns must strictly follow technical specifications and safety standards, and its core points cover four major aspects: infrastructure construction, main structure, equipment installation, and commissioning.

1、 Infrastructure construction

Geological survey of the site is required to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements. Excavation of foundation pits should be carried out according to the design depth and slope, and waterproof treatment should be implemented simultaneously. The foundation pouring adopts high-strength concrete, combined with steel reinforcement binding and embedded part positioning, to ensure that the verticality error of the kiln body is controlled within ± 5mm.

2、 Main structure construction

The installation of steel structures adopts segmented lifting technology, with a focus on controlling the coaxiality error of the cylinder body to be ≤ 0.5 ‰. The masonry of refractory materials needs to be layered and staggered, and special refractory mortar should be used to fill the gaps with a thickness deviation of no more than ± 3mm. The kiln body welding adopts symmetrical welding method, and the qualification rate of non-destructive testing of welds must reach 100%.

3、 Equipment installation

The combustion system adopts intelligent air distribution technology, and the installation accuracy of the burner needs to ensure that the flame center coincides with the centerline of the kiln body. The fabric dispenser adopts a rotating structure to ensure a material distribution uniformity of ≥ 95%. The ash discharge system is equipped with double sealed valves, and the air leakage rate is controlled within 5%.

4、 Debugging and acceptance

The no-load test run requires continuous operation for 72 hours, with a focus on monitoring the bearing temperature rise to ≤ 40 ℃. During full load testing, the temperature gradient inside the kiln must meet a fluctuation range of ± 20 ℃, and the CO ₂ concentration compliance rate must be ≥ 98%. Acceptance requires submission of welding quality reports, refractory material testing certificates, and calibration records for automation control systems.
