For the moisture content of wood, it should be accurately measured and generally controlled between 8% and 12%. If it is too high or too low, it will affect the performance of plywood.
Adhesive cannot be ignored either. High quality adhesives should have good bonding strength, water resistance, and aging resistance. When purchasing, it is necessary to check the quality inspection report of the product to understand its various performance indicators. Meanwhile, pay attention to the storage conditions of the adhesive to avoid performance degradation caused by improper storage.
Other auxiliary materials such as fillers, additives, etc. must also ensure their quality is qualified. The filling material should be pure and free of impurities, and the additives should meet environmental requirements and have good compatibility with adhesives and wood.
Establishing a comprehensive raw material inspection system is crucial. Before each batch of raw materials is put into storage, sampling inspection must be carried out, and only raw materials that pass the inspection can enter the production process. During the production process, irregular sampling of raw materials is also necessary to ensure stable quality.
