First is the feeding stage. The high-speed rotating sand belt, driven by a motor, is in close contact with the surface of the plywood, and removes burrs, uneven parts, and excess coatings on the surface of the plywood through friction, making the surface of the plywood smooth and even. The sanding pressure and sanding belt speed can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
Finally, there is discharge and testing. After sanding, the plywood is smoothly sent out of the sanding machine and reaches the discharge end. At this point, quality inspectors will conduct random inspections on the sandblasted boards to check if the surface quality meets the standard requirements. Qualified products will enter the next process, while unqualified products will be reworked.
