By rotating the kiln body, the material is fully exposed to the heat source, but the energy consumption is relatively high; Vertical kilns (such as parallel flow thermal storage double chamber vertical kilns) reduce energy consumption through waste heat recovery technology and are suitable for small and medium-sized production. Their special structure can achieve efficient utilization of heat. The burner, based on the type of fuel (gas, oil, or coal powder), can be selected as direct combustion or preheating type, which directly affects the temperature distribution and combustion efficiency inside the kiln and is a key component for controlling the quality of calcination.
In terms of auxiliary equipment, the grate cooler rapidly reduces the temperature of lime through air blowing or chamber cooling, preventing clumping and facilitating subsequent processing and storage. In environmental protection equipment, the combination of cyclone dust collector and bag dust collector can efficiently capture dust particles and ensure emissions meet standards. The automation control system adopts a PLC+DCS dual system to monitor and regulate parameters such as temperature, pressure, and feeding in real time, improving production stability and product quality.
