Quality standards for lime kiln equipment
As the core equipment for lime production, the quality of lime kilns directly affects production efficiency, energy consumption control, and product quality. According to industry standards and practical experience, the equipment quality standards should cover the following core dimensions:
1. Structural strength and durability
The kiln body material should use high-strength refractory bricks and high-quality steel to ensure long-term stable operation in high temperature environments above 1200 ℃. The welding area needs to undergo non-destructive testing, with no defects such as cracks or pores, and the weld strength should not be less than 90% of the base metal. The design of the kiln body needs to consider the coefficient of thermal expansion and reserve reasonable deformation space.
2. Accuracy of combustion system
The burner needs to be equipped with an intelligent temperature control module to dynamically adjust the fuel and air ratio, ensuring a flame temperature uniformity error of ≤± 5%. The air supply system should adopt frequency conversion control, with a range of air volume adjustment covering 50% -120% of the rated value, to meet the needs of different calcination stages.
3. Environmental protection and safety performance
The dust removal device must meet the national emission standard (particulate matter ≤ 20mg/m ³) and be equipped with an automatic dust cleaning system. The kiln body is equipped with dual pressure monitoring and emergency pressure relief devices, and the opening pressure error of the safety valve is ≤± 2%. The operating platform needs to be equipped with anti slip treatment and guardrails, in accordance with ergonomic design.
4. Automation control level
The PLC control system should integrate real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material flow, with a fault diagnosis response time of ≤ 3 seconds. The remote monitoring module supports mobile/PC operation, and the historical data storage period is not less than 1 year.
