The application of intelligent control systems is also a major highlight of China's lime kiln technology. The intelligent control system based on big data analysis can achieve precise control of the production process, and improve product quality stability by more than 30%; The intelligent diagnostic system can provide early warning of equipment failures and reduce unplanned downtime by more than 50%.
