How is the structure of the lime kiln fabric equipment
The lime kiln material distribution equipment is the core component that ensures uniform distribution of materials inside the kiln and improves calcination efficiency. Its structural design needs to take into account performance requirements such as high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and precise material distribution. Mainstream equipment usually consists of a silo, a material feeder, a rotating material disc, and a driving device, all of which work together to achieve material layering and uniform distribution.
As a temporary storage unit for materials, the silo adopts a conical or cylindrical design and is equipped with a vibrating screen or arch breaking device inside to prevent material agglomeration from affecting the smoothness of material discharge. The fabric dispenser is located below the silo and controls the material flow rate through adjustable gates or screw conveyors to ensure stable feeding per unit time. The rotating fabric disc is the core component, with multiple fan-shaped or circular guide grooves distributed on its surface. It is driven by a motor to achieve 360 degree rotation, evenly spreading materials to different areas inside the kiln to avoid uneven calcination caused by local accumulation.
The driving device often uses a combination of variable frequency motors and reducers, which can provide stable torque and adapt to different production needs by adjusting the speed. Key components such as fabric trays and guide troughs are made of high chromium alloys or wear-resistant cast iron materials, with surfaces that have undergone quenching treatment and can withstand high temperatures above 1000 ℃ and continuous material erosion. Some equipment is also equipped with sealing devices to reduce dust spillage and extend the service life of the equipment. The overall structure is compact, easy to install and maintain, and can effectively improve the production capacity and product quality of the lime kiln.
